Appointment Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
No-Show Policy
Missed appointments without prior notice will result in a charge equal to the full service price. Repeated no-shows may result in being required to pay a deposit for future bookings or loss of booking privileges.
Aftercare
To ensure the longevity of your lash extensions, please avoid getting them wet for the first 24 hours, avoid oil-based products near your eyes, and do not pull or rub your lashes. We recommend using a clean spoolie to brush your lashes daily.
Allergies & Sensitivities
If you have any known allergies or sensitivities, please inform us before your appointment. We recommend a patch test at least 48 hours before your first appointment if you have sensitive skin or eyes.
